    Cortec VpCI®-M-605 | De-Icing Salt Powder Additive | 50 lbs 

    M-605, M-605 L, and M-605 PS are corrosion inhibitors designed specifically as deicing additives to prevent corrosion due to chlorides. M-605 and M-605 L provide protection to ferrous metals. M-605 PS protects both ferrous and aluminum-based alloys.

    M-605, M-605 L, and M-605 PS contain no chromate, nitrite, or phosphate inhibitors. These products conform to Pacific Northwest States (PNS) Department of Transportation requirements for additives to deicers and pass their corrosion tests when added to a deicer at a concentration level of 5% by weight.

    PACKAGING AND STORAGE: This product is packaged in 50 pound (23 kg) drums. M-605 is also available in 5 pound (2.3 kg) boxes, 100 pound (45 kg) drums and bulk.  M-605 should be stored in sealed containers.

    UNITED STATES SHIPPING CLASSIFICATION: Hazardous when shipping via ground and air.

    NOTE: This product classified as hazardous for shipment via ground and air on UPS and is subject to a HAZMAT fee for ground and for air shipment.
