    Cortec VpCI®-M-605 | De-Icing Salt Powder Additive | 5 lbs 

    M-605 is designed specifically as an additive to prevent corrosion due to chlorides. M-605 can also be used in closed loop cooling systems containing brine solutions. M-605 will provide protection to ferrous and aluminum-based alloys. M-605 is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and contain no chromate, nitrite or phosphate inhibitors.

    These products conform to Pacific NorthWest States (PNS), Department of Transportation, requirements to additives for deicers and pass their corrosion tests when added to a deicer at concentration level of 5% by weight.

    PACKAGING AND STORAGE:     This product is packaged in 5 pound (2.3 kg) boxes. M-605 is also available in 50 pound (23 kg), 100 pound (45 kg) drums and bulk.
     M-605 should be stored in sealed containers.

    UNITED STATES SHIPPING CLASSIFICATION: Hazardous when shipping via ground and air.

    NOTE: This product classified as hazardous for shipment via ground and air on UPS and is subject to a HAZMAT fee for ground or air shipment.
