    Cortec VpCI®-392 | Urethane Dispersion Topcoat | 55 Gal

    VpCI®-392 is a fast drying, water-based urethane dispersion one coat system (topcoat) that can be applied DTM (Direct to Metal) and provides protection in harsh, outdoor, unsheltered applications. The complex mixture of non-toxic, organic inhibitors offers protection that competes with most paints and zinc-rich primers. Provides multi-metal protection. Excellent UV resistance. Can be matched to most custom colors.

    IMPORTANT: A partially used container must be purged with nitrogen to prevent a reaction in the can if it is not used within one day!

    PACKAGING AND STORAGE: This product is packaged in 55 gallon (280 liter) metal drums. VpCI®-392 is also available in 5 gallon (19 liter) pails. One gallon pails available upon request. Keep product from freezing.

    UNITED STATES SHIPPING CLASSIFICATION: Does not recover from freezing. MUST be shipped via heated truck

    Products should be stored in tightly closed containers in heated warehouse to avoid freezing. Minimum storage temperature: 32 degrees F (0 degrees C). Maximum storage temperature: 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)

    IMPORTANT: Lead time may be substantially increased during winter months due to freezing conditions.
