VpCI-392 Over-Primer Topcoat 5 Gal
VpCI-392 is a self-crosslinking, anionic NMP free and APEO free dispersion of a modified aliphatic urethane in water. VpCI-392 is designed for industrial coatings applications requiring good gloss, clarity, chemical resistance, and adhesion to a variety of substrates and primers. Primarily designed as a top coat over recommended primers; VpCI-375, VpCI-395, and VpCI-396, this coating also exhibits excellent adhesion (DTM) over difficult substrates such as; aluminum, brass, and copper. VpCI-392 has excellent wetting properties, high gloss and can be prepared in most colors.
Recommended uses for VpCI-392 include metal, (DTM), top coat on primed substrates, concrete, and wood.
VpCI-392 may be applied by spray or brush. A film thickness of 1-2 dry mils (25-50 microns) is recommended. The coating dries to touch in 30-40 minutes; however it takes approximately one week before the coating achieves 100% of its physical properties. Made to protect carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum, brass, copper, concrete, and wood.
