    Cortec VpCI®M-640 Powder | Additive for Engine Coolants | 50 lb 

    M-640 is a corrosion inhibiting additive for water and glycol-based heat exchange fluids. It protects ferrous and non-ferrous metals from corrosive contaminants. This product is an excellent replacement for phosphate/nitrite-based/amine compounds. M-640 is based on an organic- inorganic formulation designed for low level concentrations in field applications. M-640 contains a unique combination of contact and vapor phase corrosion inhibitors that provides corrosion protection even in partially filled spaces.

    SHELF LIFE: Up to 24 months.

    PACKAGING AND STORAGE: This product is packaged in 50 lb. drums. M-640 is also available in 5 lb. (2.3 kg) boxes, 100 lb. (45.4 kg) drums, and bulk. Store in a sealed container in a dry warehouse, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight, with temperatures not exceeding 150 degrees Fahrenheit (66 degrees Celsius).

    UNITED STATES SHIPPING CLASSIFICATION: Hazardous.

    NOTE:     This product classified as hazardous for shipment via UPS and is subject to a HAZMAT fee for ground shipment and for air shipment.
