Cortec® VpCI® bags provide corrosion protection for metal parts during storage and shipment. These transparent bags make it easy to identify the parts inside and are available with a variety of specialized features for different packaging and preservation needs.

Cortec® VpCI® bags offer a clean, ready-to-use alternative to conventional oil-based rust preventatives. By enclosing metal parts inside the bag, Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors help protect against corrosion without the need for time-consuming degreasing or coating removal before use.

VpCI® molecules vaporize and condense on metal surfaces within the enclosed package. This allows the corrosion inhibiting protection to reach exterior surfaces as well as hard-to-reach interior areas, recessed spaces, and crevices, helping provide effective protection for metal parts in storage, handling, and shipment.
