All Cortec products sold by Root International, Inc. / ECORR Systems are covered by the manufacturer's Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Cortec products are non-returnable. Warranty claims, will be assessed and approved on a case by case basis; ECORR Systems and Cortec reserve the right not to accept any product for return. Additionally, orders may not be cancelled once placed with the factory.

We take every measure to ensure your purchase experience exceeds your expectations - a complimentary sample order is recommended prior to completing your purchase. Use our Request More Information page to request samples, product data sheets, etc. We will respond promptly with the information you require.

Any authorized warranty returns must have a pre-issued RMA number - call Customer Service at 813-751-2030 for instructions. The factory will issue a UPS call tag for most Warranty returns. The RMA number must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping container for identification purposes; any items returned without a RMA Number will be refused.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders placed via Credit Card are subject to the terms our Cancellation Policy.  Orders may not be cancelled once placed into production with the factory.  Please note, If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, it will be subject to our return policy in addition to applicable cancellation fees.  Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for additional details.
