VpCI Eco Works Biodegradable & Compostable Film Roll 36" x 500'
Eco Works are certified biodegradable and compostable flexible films designed to replace many forms of low and high density polyethylene; used in applications ranging from protective industrial films and agricultural films, to retail packaging and municipal waste diversion collection bags. All Eco Works formulations are certified biodegradable and compostable per ASTM D 6400 and EN 13432 and can carry the BPI/USCC logo and the Din Certco mark of conformity. Eco Works also contains renewable raw materials (corn) ranging from 5 to 70% depending on the formulation and rigidity required.
This latest advancement in biodegradable plastic technologies offers composters a lower cost more effective means of organic waste collection, while maintaining adherence to domestic and international compostability standards including ASTM D 6400 and EN 13432. Unlike some starch-containing films, Eco Works can hold wet, hot organic material for weeks to months without any change in physical properties, allowing greater flexibility for compost collection programs. Eco Works is the strongest biodegradable film formulation available and can be customized for rigidity, strength, and clarity.
