VpCI-365 Cor-Mastic Heavy Duty Epoxy (Part A) - 100 Gal. Minimum Order
VpCI-365 Cor-Mastic combines the best properties of the proven Cortec open atmosphere Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors (VpCI) with the well-known corrosion resistance of epoxies. This combination provides optimal corrosion protection for metals exposed to outdoor environments as well as metals immersed in fresh and salt water. VpCI-365 Aluminum, Black and Tan remain flexible for good adhesion even when torsional twisting occurs.
VpCI-365 may be applied directly to metal, but a primer such as VpCI-373 or VpCI-393 is recommended for direct to metal applications.
COLOR: Standard colors are Medium Tan, Aluminum and Black. Custom colors are also available upon request.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE: Standard packaging is Part A (5 gallon/19 liter) and Part B (2.5 gallon/9.5 liter). Part A must be stored in a tightly sealed container. Prolonged atmospheric exposure results in partial solidification of the coating. Minimum storage temperature: 20°F (-7°C). Maximum storage temperature: 120°F (49°C).
SHELF LIFE: Up to 12 months at 75°F (24°C).
