VpCI-374 High Performance Primer 55 Gal. - CUSTOM PRODUCT
VpCI-374 is an environmentally friendly waterborne metal primer with outstanding corrosion resistance. This coating is based on a hydrophobic latex resin system. Several types of corrosion inhibitors are combined to work together to stop rust in this coating formulation.
VpCI-374 is designed to be used with other waterborne topcoats. Several solvent-based top coats can also be coated over VpCI-374 (provided compatibility has been checked).
VpCI-374 is a fast-drying, thixotropic, low viscosity coating that resists sagging. It also has excellent resistance to settling in the can. This dry-to-touch film offers extended protection in sheltered or unsheltered, outdoor or indoor conditions. Excellent flexibility gives optimal outdoor performance without cracking or chipping due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE: This product is packaged in 55 gallon (208 liter) drums. VpCI-374 is also available in 5 gallon (19 liter) pails, liquid totes and bulk. Store in heated warehouse to avoid freezing. Minimum storage temperature: 35°F (2°C). Maximum storage temperature: 120°F (49°C).
SHELF LIFE: Up to 12 months.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING CLASSIFICATION: Does not recover from freezing. IMPORTANT: Lead time may be substantially increased during winter months due to freezing temperatures. Items MUST be shipped via Heated Truck.
